Service Desk Supervisor
Previously working in Engineering/Catering/Administration and a break to have my now three grown up children (who now have my three gorgeous grandchildren). I fell into IT a bit by accident when it started to become the norm back in the early 2000s at the Primary School I worked at.
Moving up from support to Service Desk Supervisor, no two days are the same, we have a great team here and I enjoy organising and ensuring our customers receive great service and their issues are sorted out quickly.
At weekends and especially during the summer, I can usually be found touring the Dales, Moors, Lakes or Scotland on my motorbike, or in field full of bikers, camping and enjoying live music in a marquee.
